“Due to the severe scarcity of qualified personnel, we had to consider the import of workforce and we have made all the necessary arrangements for this purpose. The first 30 workers from Sri Lanka, whom we will hire and train, have arrived, so we will be able to boost our production. Of course, workforce importation requires additional costs, such as accommodation expenses, but we have already made the necessary adjustments in the budget to cover these costs”, declared to the News agency Mr. Ernesto Sudati, CICH Năvodari investor.
